Developed by RAK Properties, Lagoon Views is a residential complex located in Mina Al Arab, Ras Al Khaimah. The project consists of 20 identical buildings that were designed using a light colour palette. The buildings are situated in a semicircle on an embankment, and each one has six floors with entrances that are decorated with greenery.

Properties include studios and one to three-bedroom apartments. There are five different types of layouts and units range in size from 341 to 2,077 sqft. Large windows overlook the lagoon, and terraces provide an ideal place to enjoy the surrounding seascape.

Layouts include equipped open-plan kitchens, built-in furniture, and laundry areas. Interiors were built using natural materials, and units have solid wood doors. Lagoon Views in Mina Al Arab is a gated community that provides 24-hour security, as well as maintenance services. Residents can enjoy a variety of amenities, including a gym, a swimming pool, a children’s playground, walking paths, and tennis courts.
