Mudon is a gated residential community in Dubailand by Dubai Properties, the most prominent area developer. From Arabic, the community's name can be translated as 'cities'; it was initially planned to recreate five ancient Middle Eastern cities. Unfortunately, the project's size decreased three times through the development.

Inspired by the antique Arabian style, Mudon consists of sub-communities – Arabella, Naseem, and Al Salam. Some parts are still under construction, such as Mudon Views, the only apartment complex in the district, and Arabella Phase II and III, which consists only from townhouses.

It features a family-oriented ambiance with 24-hour security. Mudon's residents have access to the community's shopping center, various swimming pools, supermarkets, medical center, mosque, school, nursery, health club, and a 1.8 million sq ft park.

The community is perfectly located at the crossing of the Emirates Road (E611) and Al Qudra Road. Mudon has ready to move in property together with off-plan developments to be delivered by 2021.
