Richest real estate agent in Dubai Chris Boswell

At 38, he is the creator of CBLR, a boutique international property brokerage with a portfolio of ultra-luxury residential properties in London, Dubai, Los Angeles, and Miami. For individuals seeking an exclusive and expertly designed residence, a bespoke luxury mansion set in the Bvlgari Resort on Dubai’s exclusive Jumeirah Bay Island is offered. The island itself is carved in the shape of a seahorse and offers the most breath-taking views of the Arabian Gulf and the city’s distinctive skyline, making it the new address of choice for the Emirate’s most sophisticated residents.

Chris Boswell is a real estate agent located in Dubai who works in the Dubai, London, and Los Angeles markets. Chris has brokered many high-profile purchases and sold over 100 Palm Jumeirah properties in Dubai since starting his career in 2006. He has over US$1.16 billion in career sales since starting his profession in 2006. Chris gained a reputation as the “go-to broker” for premium real estate in Dubai over time.

Chris sold around 65 off-plan villas in Dubai, Palm Jebel Ali, to a Hong Kong-based consortium in 2007, including 35 unique Palm Jumeirah villa transactions. Chris brokered a US$20 million beachfront mansion and a US$7 million water villa on Nurai Island, Abu Dhabi, in 2008, which are still records over a decade later. Despite the economic collapse in 2008, Chris proceeded to achieve new records, selling 36 premium waterfront apartments at the Palm Jumeirah Oceana and Tiara condominium luxury properties to a single Swiss investor.

Chris was important in negotiating his first overseas property acquisition in 2011, a US$18.8 million residential building on Rue de Lubeck in Paris’s 16th arrondissement. Chris closed over US$100 million in Dubai real estate deals in 2015, including a 15,000 square foot Palm Island Contemporary Waterfront Signature villa for US$19.5 million, the highest amount ever paid for a Signature Villa property at the time, and a 40,000 square foot private Palm Jumeirah waterfront estate for US$50 million (AED 185 million), setting the record for the highest residential sale in Dubai’s history.

Chris established the CBLR Group (Chris Boswell Luxury Realty) in the same year, a boutique global property brokerage with a portfolio of ultra-luxury residential properties in London, Dubai, and Los Angeles. Chris joined Consorto, Europe’s only online commercial property marketplace, based in the Netherlands, as an advisor the same year. Chris became a partner in RILA, a Proptech company based in Los Angeles that Forbes describes as “the Instagram of real estate.”

The Porsche Carerra S (911)is his favourite car, although he has had the pleasure of owning many incredible cars over the years, including a Ferrari F355, Range Rover Autobiography, Jeep SRT8, and Jaguar XKR, but Porsche 911’s are his absolute favourites in terms of performance, design, and the fact that Steve McQueen, who he adores, owned many Porsche’s throughout his life.
